October 2009- A friend was between residences and because it was cold, slept on the floor of APT. 602, WELLESLEY ST. E. He woke up covered in bed bug bites. To quote him, he was "bitten to shit".
Apparently "the place is infested with bedbugs".
Throughout the night crack users and dealers dropped by.
Apparently some of them were people the tenant had signed out of prison.
I had been in APT. 602 in November 2009. The place is definitely a serious fire hazard!!!!! There were two sick young girls trying to sleep in the bedroom. The place stank and smelled like crack.
I originally went there because the tenant pleaded with me because he needed protection. It ended up being an argument between his roomate. I've never seen anything like the state of that apartment, not even in a movie.
The problem is evident. How can 602 still be in action??!!!
It seems like some kind of operation!!!???!!!

A few years ago I met this guy at church and Wellesley he kind of looked like a bum, I walked him home one night to this building where he lived, I didn't understand how he could possibly pay rent looking like he does and he is drunk all the time when this building seemed so nice on the outside.
A few days ago (July 1, 2010) I met him on the street again and asked him if he wanted this convection oven that I didn't want any more. He asked if I could bring it by as he doesn't walk well and uses a cane.
1 hour later I was knocking on apt 602 he opened the door I asked him where he would like it he said "put it in the kitchen" THE WHOLE APT WAS FULL OF GARBAGE A COMPLETE FIRE HASARD LIKE I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE IN MY LIFE, I REALLY COULDN'T MOVE IN THE PLACE OR EVEN SEE THE FLOOR, THERE WERE 12 STREET KIDS IN THE LIVING ROOM ALL HIGH ON DRUGS, THEY EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME IF I WANTED TO BUY CRACK FROM THEM, WHEN I LOOKED CLOSER AT THE STREET KIDS THEY HAD BITES ALL OVER THERE BODY THE WHOLE PLACE WAS COMPLETELY INFESTED IN BED BUGS, NOT A FEW BUT MILLIONS IF NOT BILLIONS, WORSE THAN ANY PICTURES I HAVE EVER SEEN ONLINE, AS I WAS LEAVING I JUST HAD TO ASK HIM WHAT HE DOES FOR WORK AND HE TOLD ME "I GET STREET KIDS TO COLLECT WELFARE AND THEN SELL DRUGS OUT OF HERE" then he told me he has never collected a welfare check in his life is said "OH HOW NICE" and left.
On my way home I had them crawling all over me, I went to the stair well in my building and took all my clothes off and then ran in my apt naked with only my keys and jumped in the shower, then I went back to the stair well (with clothes on) and put my old clothes in a garbage bag and threw them out. I went to the hardware store and bought 8 cans of bug spray and sprayed and washed everything I owned, to this day (July 6, 2010) I have not seen one THANK GOD!!!
I would not recommend this building to anyone, I was in it once and for the last 5 days I have had nightmares from it.

Avoid this location at all costs!!! Very dirty and infested, not to mention the walls are extremely thin, so you have to listen to your neighbors have sex, ect. At first glance the apartment looks nice but don't be fooled. This location is managed by TRANSGLOBE PropertY Management. They are grade A scumbags who I would avoid. They have no sympathy for their tenants, they are simply there to maximize profits of the owners of the buildings, can you say Slum Lord? Might be an alright company from landlords perspective as they will lie in order to get your unit rented out fast and will not spend the money to do repairs or provide services they had told you were included.

Heard through the grape vine that there was a cluster of apartments near 801. Some of the other apartments with heavy infestation were 1106 and 306. I hope all of these apartments are getting sprayed. If 1106 has them if would really cause issues for the apartments below..

I live on the second floor and from what I here the worst infestation is around 102. I have lived in this city for a long time and have never seen such low standards. Around this apartment it always stinks. It is no wonder the building has such a problem. This apartment seems to have a lot of traffic, not sure of what goes on but the bugs tell it all.

Bed bugs...yes! Found some last week - darn things. I'll just zap them with this spray I bought at the hardware store. There's also a drug dealer on the 4th floor ( 406 )Bed bugs and drugs. I'm so glad I moved here!
