I have had bedbugs twice and at least 4 units on my floor has had them . Apparently at least 40 units in City Park Co-op have them . Problem is people too ashamed to let neighbours no and they spread . Other friends have had them in the Co-op . WE have several hoarders that are part of the problem . People throw out items and others bring them back in the buildings .

Yes I just moved in,and I don't know how I got bed bug,where I was living before I didn't have,though Metro House was very bad,but didn't have bed bug,how come this is happening.?

Building is infested as of increase in moves last month. Former staff reported the serious bed bug and mice issues.
Mice in basement, glue traps have mice in basement, just go down to the lockers and see the mice run. Stop denying the issues in the housing complex. I have seen bed bugs on someones clothes, that is how bad a problem, Seniors are needing help to move furniture and spray. I have contacted the CFHC and toronto city hall with reporting these issues and funding to the co-op. The boa

i live in this place and bugs every week, in 7floor..
i had spay 4 times in year. clothes in balcoy.
i have guys over from turnig point outreech and they tell me they have them at the turnig outreach, so i have them sleep me place.
manager does dick all and he is gone, fired and new manager this moth starting. i live on social house and like to move out.
talk to people on my floors thay all have bed bugs to.
not clean and to many regent park slum.

The last report in 2009 is not true. There have been a number of cases of bed bugs in this building, raised at the annual general meeting in the fall 09. The property manager noted that a problem does exist in the building. They are responsive to bed bug complaints and spray quickly. The person in 2009 noted that there are no mice in the building; they mustn't have seen the poison traps in the locker areas.

The above isnt true at all maybe a few units were infected, but nothing to what the above person is reporting its one of the CLEANEST buildings in downtown Toronto and the cleaning ladies are up very early every morning cleaning the places, and there are NO mice, ive lived there over 7 yrs and have never had a problem nor seen anything to what the person above is stating! LIES!

THE BUILDINGS ARE CRAWLING WITH BED BUGS AND THE TENANTS ARE BRINGING IN TRASH AND GARBAGE FROM OTHER PERSONS INFESTED GARBAGE AND FURNITURE.
