To address the concerns raised in this registry, the 44 Charles Street W. Property Management Office would like to reassure all current and prospectve tenants that we have a formal bed bug procedure in place to deal with reports of bed bugs. As soon as we are notified by a tenant that they suspect bed bug activity in their suite, an inspection is arranged by a well established pest control compant with over 80 years experience in the industry. If bed bugs are confirmed the suite is scheduled for

immediate treatment and follow up. In addition block inspections are performed on neighbouring units to ensure that no other suite has been affected. We cannot disclose which particular units have experienced bed bug activity to respect the privacy of our tenants. Be assured we have few reported incidents and are very proactive in our approach to this situation.

I just phoned the main number of this building. and spoke to the leasing office. I asked about the bedbug situation and told it was "private". They cannot disclose that information. I said I was thinking of leasing a place and how could that information be private to the public. She insisted it was.
Needless to say, I will not be leasing here.

Terrible bed bug problem on the 23rd floor. Reported several times to the Management. As of Nov 18th 2009 the problem has not been solved. They should should spray the units around me, which they haven't as yet. This is fustrating
