They recently advertised a large studio for around $1400. When I was called back, they told me they had only a bachelor at that price.

Anyone who believes a Toronto property management company is out to lunch.

I just phoned the main number of this building. and spoke to the leasing office. I asked about the bedbug situation and told it was "private". They cannot disclose that information. I said I was thinking of leasing a place and how could that information be private to the public. She insisted it was.
Needless to say, I will not be leasing here.

Terrible bed bug problem on the 23rd floor. Reported several times to the Management. As of Nov 18th 2009 the problem has not been solved. They should should spray the units around me, which they haven't as yet. This is fustrating
