433 Jarvis street is the worst place you can possibly live PERIOD! The fat piece of shit superintendant does not care or do anything. People are up at all hours of the night partying drinking screaming,same goes for day time. Bedbugs are like you have never seen before, same goes for mice.....EVERYTHING is falling apart including walls and cielings with mold everywhere....do your self a favour and STAY AWAY from 433 JARVIS street or any Waterloo apartment buildings...........

July 2008 bedbugs on 6th floor, had them in my apartment they appeared one day..noticed blookd specs on walls bed sheets etc then I found them crawling in broad day light, was bitten several times, they came from another apartment on same floor who had them before me...landlords do not look after this building or seem to care, there are also cockroach infestations in this building..i moved out October 2008, was not soon enough.

ANOTHER UPDATE
For the first time since this started I slept without wearing a ski mask. My clothes are still in plastic and I still vacuum obsessively but I barely see the critters now. I even woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't find any. Could this be over? Or will I surprised again in another month? The two sprayings could've done the trick. Let's hope. So far, it's better.

UPDATE - I got the courage to come forward with the problem about a week after I figured out what the hell was going on... the super was actually concerned and said I should've said something immediately because this has been a problem in several units this year. Apparently, my neighbour has had them for over a year and no one bothered to tell me. Anyway, coincidentally they were going to spray another unit a day later so I got sprayed too. About 3 weeks ago I started to notice bites in my legs and finally one night I woke up around 5 am to find a bed bug in my sheets I informed the super immedialy and pest control came about 4 days later, However almost two week ago from the time my apartment was sprayed I still get bites, I have notified the super again but I don't know when the will come and sprey my apartment again Its a nightmare.I don't know waht to do anymore I have washed all my clothes and I keep everything in plastic bags

Nov 23 2008 -- it's official, this building has bed bugs. It's awful. It started with dark spots on the sheets. I thought that was mould. Nope. Those spots are bed bug droppings - digested blood.
I used to wonder why people keep throwing away furniture.
