We discovered bed bugs in our apartment on the 19th floor when we were moving out last year (2009). The management was very prompt and thorough in responding to the problem.

Bed bugs on the 14th floor. I got bites all over the place, but my husband didn't get any. (They say that the bites only show up in 50% of the population). The building is really good about it though, and its being treated tomorrow, and then again in 10 days for free. We really don't know how they got here!
