I moved into suite 1905 late last year & the first night was terrible as I got bitten all over. I complained to management in which gave me a biz card for a travel agent they have an account with for cheap hotel rooms. They had my apartment looked after right away & the company called COPYCRAIGS.COM set me up with a nice hotel for 3 nights!

I’ve always found this building to be very clean, I haven’t ever encountered a problem and am happy to hear that the few that have have been treated quickly and problem solved. If you are thinking of renting here you should it’s a good place to live and the staff are really responsive.

Back in May I started getting bites, but I never saw any signs of bed bugs (sheddings, feces etc) and friends that spent the night never were affected. Nonetheless being the paranoid person I am I had all my sheets dry cleaned and used an industrial steamer on the mattresses and vaccuumed like a maniac. Still every few weeks I would get 2-4 bites on my right side. As a test I had three separate friends come and sleep in my bed (yes I have amazing friends) and still nothing. In June (now convi
nced that I was insane) I abandoned the comforts of my bedroom and began sleeping on the couch w/o incident. Flash forward to January. Now convinced I had a dust mite allergy I bought mattress covers and stopped getting bites while in bed. Problem solved....or so I thought. A week ago I feel asleep on the couch and when I woke up around ten PM I caught one walking across my couch. I put the evil bastard in a zip lock and brought him down to management who were horrorfied by the size of the thing (a full sized adult male). They called the pest control company right away and arranged to have them come in a week later (this week). They provided me with an information package on what to do and I got to work ripping apart my apartment, steaming and vaccuming everything I could reach, even spraying down the couches and corners with a pest control spray purchased at Canadian tire. Well tonight while cleaning out my bedroom closet I found another one (a giant adult female this time). I'm now seriously afraid of my own home.

I had bedbugs in my appartment two weeks ago. As soon as I noticed the itching (I never actually found blood stains nor dead shells on my sheets),I told management and they had Pest Control come in and spray my unit two days later. I think the bugs are gone now (but just in case, I bought mattress covers and vacuum like a maniac since).
Please let management know if you notice a bed bug infestation in your apt: they are very good at dealing with it and that way, the bedbugs won't spread to o
ther units!

We found one bedbug crawling around the apartment.
No traces of a full infestation could be found. We still poisoned the place. Good riddance.
