Also present On 4th Floor, unit #400.
The management ignored the issue for 2 months.
It took a visit from a health Inspector to get an exterminator in. After 4th or 5th visit (in 2 months) from the exterminator the tenant moved out.
The apartment above #400 (5th floor) had them as well.
