I'm also in the building, who ends up paying for all the different sprays?

I am on the Board of Directors for 22 Wellesley St. E. (TSCC 1923) and am very concerned to hear this as this is the first time that I have been aware of this. Bedbugs are a serious matter. Not only does the unit of the person who had them need to be treated, but also the units above and below and on either side (to box them in). Based upon the submission, it appears that you may have decided to do this yourself. You need to let the Property Manager know NOW. Right now...immediately. Bedbu
gs are not just a problem for low end apartment buildings...they are in condos too and are not indicative of the cleanliness of the person who gets them. Don't be concerned about what people will think of you. Please contact Tony Okorn (the PM) immediately at tokorn@iccpropertymanagement.com, or the management office. Do it now.

What floor are you on?
Tell the property manager.
You must hire a pest control expert. You cannot do this yourself!

^ Good luck. We're just dealing with the same thing. I'm using DE and our place has been sprayed twice. Let me know how the caulking goes. I've caulked a few places myself. I also found that ducktaping any unused outlet or lightswitches works. Tape the edges of the ones you are using. There's also a spray made by raid, it's green bottle for crawling insects. It kills bedbugs on contact. Try shop vac-ing your place (base boards, ceilings) once every few days, and spray right after. GOOD LUCK!

Bed bugs! FUCK!
On 2nd week of my own treatment involving steam and diatamaceous earth. They seem to be coming from cracks near the ceiling between the dry-wall and the exposed concrete . I have caulked said cracks and am hoping this does the trick.
