As one of the tenants living upstairs, I confirm that we did have bed bugs, but after repeated visits by the exterminators they have been gone since Sept. 2010. We have had no issues with the landlord while resolving this bed bug problem and they were happy to cover all the costs.

We discovered the bugs in June of this year (2010)We then promptly called the exterminator after the Landlord said she would pay. The next day we sprayed and then again 10 days later. In the mean time the apt upstairs became infested. The bugs have been going back and forth between the apartments. We have now sprayed five times. We have been asked to leave by the landlord because we have not been controlling the situation properly!! Glad to be leaving but now comes the worry of taking them with
