This TCHC Seniors Building has a serious carpenter ant problem.
They live in the walls - enter thru bathroom / kitchen sink area - pipes/taps . Also, under the front door from the corridors.
Almost impossible to get rid of them.
The Landlord does NOT advise a new tenant about the situation.
The only "treatment" available: ant traps and some gelee.
Without eliminating the source, both are useless.

AVOID LIVING IN THIS BUILDING!!!
