Discovered bedbugs on November 24, 2010. Super tried to make us pay for it because the building has not had a problem in the past, regardless of the fact that there is no law or rental agreement making us liable. Also said we might have to pay for the adjacent apartments. $95 per treatment! I of course refused and am moving out immediately. The exterminators are coming on the 30th and they are also having the hallway carpets steam cleaned which is good, but I would avoid renting in this building
