One of my neighbors upstairs had bedbugs last summer. I saw him moving out last week and asked him if they were gone and he said he thinks so but wasn't sure because they move around can come back up to a year later sometimes if they aren't all killed. He said the landlord was good about getting exterminators in and it was just a small amount of them anyway. He did say before that there had been a couple of other bedbug problems in the past few years that they'd been taken care of.
