Miss-Informed on 06/01/2009

i moved in two days ago, that being may 30th and found out that i have an infestation of bed bugs. the landlord told me there has never been problems with bugs and he insisted that i must have brought them. SO, i tore the baseboards off and i was DISGUSTED in my findings, that there were nests of these little F*****S AND HE TELLLS ME I BROUGHT THEM IN 2DAYS!?!!? UNREAL!!!! SO i showed him whe baseboards, called city of torontoLIE, i just moved and i am so heartbroken and stressed out...
