The landlord lied to me when I asked him if the house had a \"bug\" problem. Since than, he\'s provided access to an exterminator but has not taken any responsibility for the infestation nor has he followed up with the tennants. Quite simply put, he doesn\'t care and views the problem as a hassal.

This land lord owns a lot of rental property in Toronto - please be leary from renting from him.

Bedbugs were unleashed on us after tenant moved out. We truly did not know what a nightmare this would be.
