I moved in to apt. #1 in sept. 2007 and within 6 mos. was totally infested. Seems the landlord was aware of the problem but neglected to inform me.Apartments 1 and 2 were sprayed but NOT the entire building, so the problem was never solved properly.Since then the apartments were sprayed 2 more times but again, NEVER the whole building so here we are in July 2011 and there back again.
