I was just talking to the super and he confirmed that there are bed bugs in the building.I noticed a whole shit load of furniture beside the garbage area.He told me that they are spraying the unit.I hope they don't starting spreading all over the building.

Wow... Last I knew, people living in building communities engaged in friendly conversation and shared their experiences to make their living quarters more comfortable. The last thing I expected was some lowlife, douchbag commentary regarding fellow residents conversations and nasty insults regarding their apparent bodily appearances. I'd love to know who wrote this last comment and give him a piece of my mind... wait a minute, I just did! Enjoy looking at yourself every morning when you wake up.

To echo what some of you are saying, there's no bugs here save except ants which came with the warmer weather.

A fat lady on the sixth floor was freaking out asking me if i saw discarded furniture in the front of the building. I see that on the 60 Gowan side.

I have seen mattresses,couches,tables,furniture and carpets....I have lived here for just 2 weeks and I'm worried that I might get them....I have two kids and don't want any...I have seen all kinds of furniture and couches all over Gowan and Cosburn this last week....this area is Infested!!!!

I am moving into this building on July 1 and asked the two tenants that I viewed apartments from if there was any cockroaches or bed bugs and they said no...so I'm hoping and praying that it stays that way.

I've been living here for 8 months and have not experienced bedbugs or really any bugs at all. When I first moved in I saw two centipedes and a spider and once I killed those I never saw any again. The only bugs that I've experienced here have been ants, but only in the bathroom they don't seem to go into the kitchen or anything.

I just moved in to 80 gowan have done laundry 3 times and there is NO BEDBUGS, NO BUGS, PESTS
the vents and rads are dirty thats it NO BUGS
