Might be an alright company from landlords perspective as they will lie in order to get your unit rented out fast and will not spend the money to do repairs or provide services they had told you were included. Another thing is that they want you to sign a no smoking clause. Which they don't tell you in their ad or in person, until the absolute last minute. You will spend a couple hours gathering information for a rental application only to be told at the last minute that they don't want smokers. There goes 4 hours of my life I'll never get back. Not very professional at all.
