I went to this address to look at an apartment and the Superintendent had bedbug bites all over his face and arms and legs. He walks with a cane and when I asked him about this he said it was just a rash. I noticed he had that smell of bedbugs and I could see he had been scratching himself hard enough that there were scabs all over his face and arms. I passed a tenant on the way out and he said most tenants move out after a month or two because of the bedbugs and this is why there is always a va

I am also a previous tenant of this address. Do not be fooled be the renovations. These landlords do not care if you have bedbugs. In fact, they rented me my apartment knowing that other units on the same floor had been infested. I ended up losing most of my belongings because I was to scared to take any of my stuff with me. I know that they (the landlords) treated other tenants terribly and infact had the nerve to raise peoples rent while they were going through this terrible ordeal. STAY FAR A

Please remove unfounded bed bug accusations off this property. The property has been renovated and we have Certificates for each apartment from Armour Pest Control that they have been treated for all insects including bed bugs and there are no evidence of any insects.

I notice that there are for rent signs at this address,saying newly renovated apts for rent I am a passed tenant that had a horrible experience of bedbugs. everyone moved out,that also suffered with infestion of bedbugs, the landlord did not care to tell or address the problems of bedbugs,I come to find out that the building is still infested, STAY CLEAR,hate to see it happen to anybody else that moves in that building.you have been warned
