The Apartments were recently renovated. The Superintendent and Owners are proactive in dealing with any and all concerns of tenants. The apartments are treated @ move in and certified by armour pest control. Tenants concerns are attended to forthwith.

Please remove this address from your list. By Cicilia's own admission, Cecilia has lived in the apartment for 1 year before alleged discovery of bed bugs. If it was in the apartment she would have been aware of it immediately, or shortly thereafter. The fact that she found only couple is an indication that it was brought to the apartment recently by Cecilia. It is easy to blame the landlord even if they are proactive. I have lived in the apt building for about a year, a few weeks back I was getting ready to go out when I noticed something dark on the bed so I picked it up and realized it was a dead bedbug. After further inspection I found one other bed bug (this one was alive) I immediately vacuumed the bed and called the landlord.
I had purchased a mattress that can't be penetrated by bugs so I was lucky. The next day pest control fumigated the apartment.
