The address should read Danforth Road NOT AVE. 1360 Danforth Ave IS A TWO STORY BUILDING!

Metcap is the worst...plz for your own sake never rent from metcap!!!

Lived on the 10th floor from sept 07 to august 2008. No bedbugs but building is infested with cockroaches and mice. Mgmt is terrible to deal with and they do not fix repairs in a timely matter. Recommend contacting landlord and tenant board. Overall, I would like to advise people to stay away from apartments managed Metcap.
