pest off on 10/24/2009

My brother-in-law lives in apartment 708 and his place is crawling with bed bugsand cockroaches. In all fairness to the landlord when the problem has been reported they spray but only the complainants apartment not the whole building. Thus he is only bug free for a very short period of time. This is ongoing and as such we cannot invite him to our home. He even infected his mother's apartment.
