intaing the building! Or even fixing the bedbug and cockroaches problem! And this building has a DAYCARE in the first floor!! How disgusting and neglectful to not get rid of the bedbugs and cockroaches!!! This building is almost the oldest in the area I think it should be tore down burned and built again. Cause it's infest and tht shit will go away if no one does something! MC ARTHUR PROPERTIES should be ashamed of theirselves and shut down! I would NEVER recommend this building to anyone not even my worst enemy! It's not funny when you have to throw away your hard worked belongings!! I hope someon takes notice and does something!! MC

G IS IN DENIAL THAT THEY HAVE BEDBUG PROBLEM. THERE ARE MANY OTHER TENANTS WITH THIS PROBLEM I AM SHOCKED THAT NO ONE HAS REPORTED THIS BUILDING BEFORE. I REPORTED THIS BUILDING TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND THEY ARE CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO GET THE WHOLE BUILDING FUMIGATED ALL AT ONCE BUT THEY DO NOT WANT TO SPEND THAT KIND OF MONEY, BUT WORKING ONE APARTMENT AT A TIME DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM.
