From the Management of the building.

As of March 8, 2011 we have only had one reported incident of bed bugs in the building which was treated and resolved days after it was reported.

By March 15, 2011 we will have completed a bed bug prevention program in the building. Orkin/PCO will be issuing a "Bed Bug Free" certificate to the building.

We take this matter very seriously and once notified of a problem we act quickly to have Orkin/PCO in to rectify the situation.

In August or September of 2010 our neighbours on the 11th floor asked us if we had bed bugs, and I said no. I found that kind of a weird question, but sure enough about a month later I started getting bites. We moved out very soon after and got rid of all our furniture and about 95% of our other belongings. Im not sure if anything has been resolved, but beware.
