55 Wynford Heights Cres resident on 02/08/2012

I've lived at 55 Wyn Hgts for 3 years and have never had roaches or bed bugs. I know there was a problem with roaches in the garbage shut area but that has since been eradicated.
The person above who said they called "front desk" must not live here. This is not a hotel but an apartment building.
Overall this is a clean apartment mostly with young professionals and working families with 1-2 young children. The management is quick to fix problems and they are always making improvements. Great

We left this building because there were thousands of bedbugs plus roaches in kitchen and washroom. We left that place within 2 months.

I woke up to find bed bugs crawling on the linen.
Called front desk to report find. The response was quick. The confirmed it was bedbugs. An offer to move us to a "cleaner room" for our second night was declined. They gave us a free night anyway. We stayed at another hotel that evening. Did laundry down the street that morning. Did not like the experience.
