complaint to management goes on deaf ears

rent not worth what you get

FULL of cockroaches. Do not go near this place and the superintendants are useless better to have none at all and there are bedbugs everywhere. SO NOISY TOO!!!!!!!!.

I told the super and it was taken care of quickly. I don’t have any issues at all now, the staff handled it well.

We first saw them in July. It is now October, and we still have them. It is so awful. We have vacuumed and sprayed and cleaned and bagged. Orkin has been in multiple times. The situation feels hopeless.
