On December 5 2010 I was doing laundry in the buildings laundry mat at 365 Bay Mills Blvd. When I found 20-30 bed bugs in the washing michine with powdered soap. I also watched another tenent step on 3 that were crawling on the floor in there and you could see blood spots on the floor where they had been squished. I was so discused that I couldnt wash my clohes there I went to a famly memebers to do it.

Got bugs... live on 14th floor and wife and I cannot sleep nights. They started to bring in pest control people last month but no relief yet.
