The building is infested. Recently all carpets have been removed in hallways in an effort to prevent the transmission of bed bugs to no avail. The City, which owns and operates the building, has a careless attitude towards maintenance and cleaning which exacerbates the problem.

I work as a Paramedic in this area. I've had more than countless encounters with the little buggers in this building. Sadly this is a city subsidised seniors building.
