I am planning to move to this apartment. Would anyone please advice me if I can move in this apartment? I am so scared and heard a lot of bedbugs stories now I will have to think twice. Please anyone living in this building help me and advice me what should I do?

What a sh**hole. Disgusting place! This place use to be well maintained now it has been run down. Don't rent here this place is dirty. The neighbors are dirty. Went in to see a client there. I looked at their arms and asked them if they trouble with bedbugs and roaches. They told me they have trouble with them. I checked on the floor and saw bedbugs and roaches crawling everywhere. First I lived on 8th floor and it was infested beyond fixing. we tried pest control 3 times and it was of no use. we had very minimum furniture and belongings. still we could not control them after thorough cleaning and steaming. even after all the cleaning one single night we killed more than 100 bugs. some of them were hugeeee.

so finally we gave up, management was cooperative enough to offer us another apartment which is not infested. still since being here in the last 5 months i have foun

this building is so pathetic, they dont listen to problem and never take the right step . bed bugs are increasing every day and we are planning to move out.

Since last 5 months we have bedbug here. I never saw bedbugs in real, now I see them every day. I cant sleep in night because they come after 12 midnight and attack my little ones. The got marks all over the body, I got marks all over the body. Very bad management, they never listen and help the tenant. Never stay in Cambridge place, it is horrible here. They stay behind the base board.

It had bedbugs, but they brought people to spray. After a few times, the bedbugs were gone. Fucken good.

I've been living in this building since 2007. Recently (April 2011) I found red rash on my skin, checked my beddings and found them. Planning to leave the building soon.

I also think the rent of this building is overly high in comparison with the quality of the building.

I have been living in nightmare with bedbugs at 30 Denton Ave. See bedbugs everyhwhere, complained management and no action taken. Finally leaving the apartment, throwing all furnitures.

I use to live in this building a couple of years ago. I remember seeing a couple of beds out in the hallway with BEDBUGS spray painted on them. I lived on the the 10th floor at the time.

Came home from a weekend away, was laying on bed watching tv and seen a brown bug on my pillow. Checked bed and seen blood spots and actual live bugs in the bed. Spoke with other people in the building and apparently they have had problems with them as far back as 2 years ago!!!!!!
