I report that this building is now bug free and has been for 6 months. The new management team has turned this building right around. They have replaced everything and changed all the security in the building making it the safest place I have ever lived. The building is always kept very clean now. The new management team is the best thing that has ever happened to this building and now I am very happy to call this place home.

The building is infested with bed bugs and the board of health is coming today to inspect the problem.

Windows of this building are leaking if heavy rains, especially during winter time. Not a safe place to live. Management are rude and they wont address any complaints or request. strangers come in and out of the property. outsiders can use the laundry facility. a lot of people are smoking pot/cigars in theiir balcony.

Recently,my friend had to throw out her $2500.00 couch, bed, and other furniture due to bed bug infestation. There are other tenants affected, yet not being addressed by management.
