This place is FULL of roaches!
I have yet to encounter bed bugs but I wouldn't doubt they're here. The roach infestation is ridiculous, especially in the fall and winter, to the point that you can see them on the walls in the hallways, in the garbage chute (it doesn't help that people are lazy and gross and toss their garbage on the floor) but the building does nothing for this problem! I spray my apt individually but it needs to be done yearly which is a cost burden and a HUGE has
