I went to see an apartment, because I'm looking for one, and while I was cheking the kitchen, I opened some drawers, and saw a couple of dead cockroaches, and at the last one (because I definitly didn't want to see any more), I saw one that was still alive.
In general, it's dirthy, and the carpet that was outside of the apartments, is in the same condition.
The woman who was showing me the apartment mentioned that "some" of tenants had complained about mice. Be careful, because the contract
