I have lived here for 10 years .... we do not have any bugs , no bed bugs no roaches .
We have trapped mice but that is to be expected anywhere you live even in a house .
take precautions and be aware .
The buildings are very good with treating if it is needed .

I lived in this apt from April 2008 to August 2008 the third day after moving in I opened a ten lb bag of rice to cook with. A few hours later I heard noises from the kitchen. I had resealed the rice bag only to discover it pulsating with mice. There were so many mice and the roaches were just ass bad. They had taken over my furniture my whole apartment. I left EVERYTHING behind, took only my clothes. MEtCAP is disgusting and GROSS RENTERS BEWARE. Horribly run!!!!!!!

Lived on the 10th floor from sept 07 to august 2008. No bedbugs but building is infested with cockroaches and mice. Mgmt is terrible to deal with and they do not fix repairs in a timely matter. Recommend contacting landlord and tenant board. Overall, I would like to advise people to stay away from apartments managed Metcap.
