I was one of the administrators for a conference that was taking place at the Centre in August 2010. I saw a bedbug in my bed one night and I informed the front desk immediately. I heard some of the other staff and participants had also seen bedbugs in their rooms. The Centre management moved us to different rooms on another floor. When I returned to my old room to grab my stuff, I noticed some exterminators were already in there. I also received a Tim Horton's card from the front desk.

My daughter was travelling with her volleyball team for Nationals in Toronto. She contacted me the night of May 20th/12 and informed me that four of the girls rooms had bed bugs. One room of girls had bites and bugs, the others had found bugs.
