This building is disgustingly dirty with horrible new management. Upon moving, the place was in a lot better condition with the previous owners, but still not up to par. Bugs EVERY WHERE. Cockroaches coming up from drains, little ants in the bathroom, mice, etc! The water in this building is horrible as well. It is either shut off (at least once or twice a month for an entire day) or it is extremely hot or cold!
Big mistake moving here! Can't until the lease is up!!

Tenant was sleeping, and was awaken between 3-5am because of itchy skin. Tenant turned on lights, and saw a couple of bedbugs crawling on her bed, pillows, and on her skin-sucking blood!!!

Tenant killed the bedbugs with a tissue, and placed in ziploc bag. Immediately reported to landlord the next day, and sought medical help. Landlord is scheduling a fumigation of the apartment ASAP.
