I am seen moving out. I moved here at a higher rent payment expecting it to be a nice building. They said they'd never had bed bugs ever. A week after I moved in I saw dead bed bugs on furniture outside in the garbage area.
5 * I've had to be sprayed. D Soopers are really great people. In fact I think you're underpaid and underappreciated. But the manager of the building named Ben is a jerk who cuts corners all the time. I had to catch a live bed bugs on tape and take it to the supers to prov

everytime I think they're gone they're never gone more than a week. Recently woke up with bed bug bites up my entire arms and torso like something out of a horror movie.
Hamilton is inundated downtown. I understand that. With laws against DDT, which is the only real cure for them, it's always going to be a problem. But when building managers suggest then the manager of 129 fold Street, we fuse to have anything to do with the problem or a cutting cost every chance they get, there's not much that can be done. I say again this Soopers this a superintendent and his mother a terrific people really good heard hard working people. But give this building I pass.
This partying foul smells coming out of the vents bed bugs more bed bugs cockroaches it took 6 months to get rid of. We have want to be gangsters living here and people who don't care about cleanliness. You would think with meant for your average 1 bedroom being 750 a month Plus hydro this would be a really nice building. It isn't.
Do not rent in this building no matter what they tell you. They have had bed bugs they have bed bugs, and they will tell you they've never had them.
this is a Mac a foot bed bugs. We live 2 blocks 2 single blocks from ch ch television studio. The buildings around there are full of bed bugs they're low income buildings and it's awful.
There's no reason this building should have them. Being told to wait 2 weeks in 3 weeks until they spray you when you finally convince them isn't good enough.
I have lived here 3 years and can't wait to get out.

This place has more then bugs ..the supers are nice people but the manager is a shady man .he cuts corners at all cost I lived there over a year ago ..the heating and a/c are disgusting mold and inches of dust .. The underground parking smells like human shit ,witch sometimes drips of the pips ... I was told they had a sonna and a hot tub also a tennis court but all 3 are locked up and broken down ..there is nothing good about this place ..the worst year of my life was spent living there ...

Had little bites on my body and a rash. 5th floor of this building has bed bugs too. What about the lunatic who tried to blow up the building on the 5th floor??? Stay away from this building!!!

I'm glad to find out about this problem through this site because I asked the old supt and owner of the building when I moved in here if they had a problem with bed bugs and they lied to me and told me no.I've been living here since the end of May and so far touch wood I haven't had or seen anything but I just asked my new supt last night if they did have that problem and he was honest with me and told me the 4th floor did have the problem but it's all cleared up but the ant problem wasn't.Findi
ng this out I feel like moving out and who cares about the 1 yr lease!I'm so upset about being lied to and the owner acting like this is such a clean respectful building and making me go through the red tape when I applied for the place because I'm on ODSP.I'm a very clean person and have all brand new furniture and I don't dare want these bugs in my stuff because I will throw it out and with my income it took me a long time to get where I'm at and I would be devistated if I ended up with that problem.Tenants should be fair warned about bed bugs in the building and the whole place should be fumigated so the clean people don't suffer with dirty peoples bugs!Thank you for the reports it made me know what I've got myself into here.I should have stayed where I was at!At least the landlord was great and the place was clean and bug free.

in the last few months this place has gone to shit ...i ask for things to be fixed it never happens there is piss in the stairway floors do not get cleaned ...and the fake super smells of booze all the time ....and ya there is more then a bedbug problem also ants ..... and who knows what else ...

Was a tenant at suite 706 in the "Royal Palace". Begam getting bite marks around late August. Looked around the room and bed for bugs but couldn't find any so I continued staying there. But September came in, and bites were more frequent and seems like they are hiding in the carpet floors or in cracks rather than in my bed. Spoke to the superintendent who never really took the effort to exterminate the issue. When I asked him about any othet bedbug complaints, there were 2 cases on the 4th floor
which were dealt with already.
Moved out now and threw the mattress/bed away. Good riddance and bug-free. Be careful if you are moving into this rental building.
