Within 5 minutes of entering the building to view an apt, I seen a cockroach right on the hallway wall! I had to leave I was so disgusted. It smells and it's dirty. Most of the people that live there are on drugs.

I don't recommend that anyone live there. It needs to be torn down or gutted just to get rid of their pest problems.

I moved into 123 Bold st. at the beginning of this month, July 2012. While moving in a guy was moving out saying that he's breaking his lease because his apartment's infested with bedbuds, roaches and mice. A few days later I found a couple bedbugs in my room and then I checked these reports online and since then I've been losing my damn mind. I currently live in this building. It is very rare to ask another tenant if they currently have/have had bed bugs within the past 4 months and hear 'no.'

The entire building, as well as 125 on the other side, needs to be TREATED. Not apt by apt, the WHOLE THING. The building owner is a SLUMLORD, who takes advantage of people who bring in low incomes.

Where are the dogs that sniff out bedbugs? Why hasn't this been tried when previous attempts at treatment do not work? Oh of course the owne

I lived at this apartment for a year.... They told me before I moved in that they would renovate the apartment...... Not one thing was done, on top of Mice, and cockroaches, BEDBUGS. The best part, is they won't do anything about it. They will tell you that they are going to put you on a list.... It's all bull! they don't do anything. brenda is the building super... This place is absolutely infested with Bed Bugs, 3 tenants on my floor have experienced them within the last 3 months. The exterminator is here multiple times each month!! Saw 2 dead ones just sitting on the corner of a washing machine while in the laundry room last week.

Management doing everything they are supposed to be (in accordance with Tenant Board), but it seems odd that neighbouring units are not getting sprayed, as well as the unit reporting the problem.

This building has long been known as a cockroach haven and now it seems bedbugs. There are two halfway houses as well as three lodging homes with the same problems on the same block. Lots of transients in area and Welfare unfortunately. Bad street it seems but management should pay more attention and screen tenants better.

I work for a service business as well and have been in this building plus the one next door which is same management. They seem to have a lot of turn over due to having smaller bachelor style units. I have heard grumblings from tenants about bedbugs as well as tell tale sign of mattress left out front of building. There seem to be a lot of problems in that general area downtown. I think once they get in it is impossible to fully eliminate...

September 2010, started waking with bites all over my body in a 123 Bold unit.

I moved in here recently with all new bedding and a brand new bed and couch.

Found two bed bugs on my sheets when waking up one morning in October 2010. Can't find hiding place, but hearing everywhere that this building and area has bugs.

Was told by management not to worry, " you're only itchy because it's dry in this apartment building." Right, and I'm Michael Jackson...

I do maintenance work in those 2 buildings on Bold as well a few others closer to James St. I am positive I picked up the bugs in my equipment in 125 Bold, but they do have a bad problem with them in both buildings and management is keeping quiet about it.

Bed bugs found in suite 10 125 bold in addition to another suite in 123 bold this week, spraying took place in both locations, 4 days later suite 10 is still reporting bites and also found bed bugs

Neighbours have revealed that the building owners are trying to keep a hush-hush on a bed-bug infestation.
