I have lived here since March 2012, and have talked to many of the people on several floors of the building.
None of the people I spoke to has had any bug problems, myself included.
I am not disputing the fact that this did happen in your individual residence, I'm sure it did. However, while I am sorry that you had to deal with this problem, please don't slander the entire building by suggesting that it's "infested".
After all, the rest of us still have to live here.

We had to move out due to ongoing problems with bedbugs. We sprayed four times to no avail, probably because the entire building is infested.
