In about March 2011 I had my apartment sprayed for cockroaches...twice... 6 mnths later they are back again. When I called management to have it treated he said " I'm busy right now, can't you just do it yourself?" I insisted he take care of it and a week later still no follow up so i submitted a formal work order. the landlord sent the exterminater back and i asked him to spray my base boards yet again it took ten minutes of fighting with me man to get him to do it, i also asked that he spray the outside of my packed boxs and he refused and didnt end up spraying them. the land lord called me crazy has called me crazy to up to 3 other people in the building because of me wanting a PROPER extermination. the whole managment for the St Claire apartments on sherman and main is ridiculous and you have to fight

around july 5th we started having a bed bug problem and contacted the land lord he sent in an exterminator however all he did was bring a spray bottle with some chemicals in it and spary my bed and my couch theres is also other people in the building with the same problem and had it treated the same way as well as in both of the other st. claire apartments on main and sherman. the extermination did not work and the man also gave me a lot of untruthful information telling me that they cant travel
