This property is available for rent. Went to visit this property. Saw signs of bed bugs but worse was the rat in the kitchen cupboard. Pointed out the rat to the owner lady showing the property but she showed complete ignorance and didnt seem to understand.

Plenty of insects in the basement easily visible.
