There is an infestation of bed bugs in this Vodden St. Apartment in Brampton. The landlord failed to let the tenants know and only sprayed the apt.'s that became infected. It was all done hush hush and we just recently found out about the bugs in our apt because of bites. Is there a by-law stating our landlord has to let the tenants know about the bugs once they are in the apt building? The problem was happening since march and we only just found out about it a month ago. They have sprayed our a
pt but since they aren't spraying the adjoining ones they come back. If someone knows the rules as to if the landlord should have let the tenants know ahead of time so we could take steps to stop the infestation please email me at

i want to move out now but i guess we are required to give 60 days notice. i am wondering if because the landlord failed to provide this info to us and it's interfered with the living situation then it could be grounds to terminate it earlier? please email someone and let me know.
