Noticed markings on legs and arms since move-in on Dec.1/2010. House very dirty and smelly. Have had the health inspector in, landlord was asked to clean house - he did somewhat. However did not have an actual sighting of bed bugs until Jan.2011. I live shared-accomodation there, looking for a new place immediately.
