I have lived in this building since 2008 and have never had an issue! I also have 5 friends living in the building who have not had issues. I think that these remarks are an overexaggeration. I've heard of one bed bug problem which was this year and it was handled very promptly. It also never spread to other apartments.

I have recently been breaking out into multiple bite marks and originally thought it was an allergic reaction since that is a common reaction to the bites. I didn't know what it was until I felt a big bug on me then I started putting two and two together! My roomate and I found a live one an have captured it and plan to give it to the ministry of health. The landlord tried to blame us for this but clearly there have been other reports and occurrences so I am smelling quite the lawsuit here I thi

All you have to do is walk past the place and see what a dump it is. I used to know someone who lived in the building, and probably still does--they had a huge bedbug infestation, and it was never properly taken care of, because they were ashamed, so they tried to tackle it alone. Big mistake.

Hello, I would just like to get in touch with the person who made the original report of Bedbugs at 371 Gilmour.

This week I signed a lease to move in for April 1st and I would like to know more about the bedbug situtiaton at 371 Gilmour.

It is the landlords responsibility to eradicate them. Go to the Landlord and tenant board ASAP! They cannot get away with this.

We've had millions of bedbugs in our bedroom and the manager won't pay for spraying. We can't break our lease because we have been told we'll be liable for the next 8 months. What do we do?
