Extreme measures are taken when dealing with pest control. Following a complaint, third party industry professionals are booked immediately. Bed bugs have been spread to this spot by tenant in #71, multiple times and he has still not been evicted as of Dec 2011. Hope the property owners remedy this soon.

Have been sprayed a couple times but they keep returning. Not impressed.

Been living here few years now. Recently discovered bed bug infestation in my apartment. I am not sure where they came from (could be from outside, could be the building), but they are here now. Have been fighting them for almost a week now. Got rid of half of my furniture. Decided to give 2 months notice and move out. There is no 100% guarantee that they will be all gone after pest control performed by me and landlord. I'd be cautious when renting an apartment in this building. Bed bugs spread
