We are the investors of this property, this property had been completely renovated and regutted with a $150,000 budget. This unit was purchased because it was neglected, there are no bed bugs however many tenants are gong on the internet and thinking that this issue is still prevelant. Please REMOVE this unit from your listing, if you require documentation we can provide. Please act immediately.

I agree totally about the Cote Pest Solutions guy--what an asshole--he said I was paranoid, and a bitch! Nice. Just do your job, asshole! He took all of 2 minutes on my apt. as well, and was really cheap with the spray.

Don't pay COTE Pest Solutions to spray your place, cause the guy takes all of 2 minutes and he's gone. Real jerk and not professional.

Dirty crackheads on the third floor brought them in. The two other apartments didn't notice problems until about two weeks after the crackheads moved out (we think we got them when they dragged their dirty, disgusting mattress down the stairs, yuck).

Tenants had to call PCO since landlord didn't want to deal with it at first (although eventually took responsibility).

Pro-Tech was the company that treated it. The first PCO was totally incompetent. We were stil
