Is this discussion about apt. 311 or the 311 building?

I live in 311 and I also find the bedbugs from last 3 month,but since I just move in.I didn't take serious,I thought it wouldn't happend. These days,I saw them in my apartment. Is that the office's responsibility?

Was there more than one case? Is there any in the 311 building? Would like to know more details.

Had horrible neighbors who brought in Bedbugs. Property management would not do anything about it and instead blamed me. Would do everything to ignore the fact that there was a bedbug infestation
