BUGS AND ALWAYS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON. IF YOU WANT TO LISTEN TO LOUD DRILLING CONSTANTLY THEN MOVE HERE CAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS DRILLING SOMETHING

As what is written above, this apartment building DOES have pests. Ask the management about their pest management, and they will say that "there are weekly sprays" (fooling you to think that this is for prevention, when it's due to there ALREADY being pests). My apartment has ants, and occasional beatles. The pest guy has come in more than once, but I've been told that there's nothing they can do for pharaoh ants.

There is mold on the windowsill of my bedroom.

This building is exactly like 170 with the difference that they hide the mold and bugs and charge you more

have been living in this building for 6 years. anytime complained about the molds in the bedroom and bathroom, they came and paint it. i didnt know anything about the mold at that time, so they kept comming every coupld of months and painted the mold area

moreover, recently i see bugs in the unit and also i feel it in the bed
my bedding is not old and washed monthly and i wonder if rhere is bedbug
anyway, i am planning to move and leave all the bedding and bugs here but some one has to stop
