Moved into this 6 apartment residence in September 2010.
In my first week the landlord called to inform me residents above me had reported bed bugs. An exterminator arrived and sprayed telling me that it was preventative in my unit. The issue was with the two units above me. (north/front side of building.)

After reading the report from 2009, I am wondering if these bugs were never fully eradicated the first time through. This is an old building where the bugs could hide easily. Especially co

Have been living in this unit for a while (2008/2009). At first there was nothing, and slowly we were finding bites on our legs, and blood on our sheets. We are ripping the whole bedroom apart and vacuuming, cleaning and washing all the closets. This place is really old and damp in the summer, i'm assuming they thrive in this environment. E-mailed landlords and property managers to see if they can conduct some sort of inspection in other tenant's bedrooms and perform an extermination if needed.
