PLEASE LOOK AT THE LISTINGS FOR 201 BELL ST N AND 219 BELL ST N.

IT IS ALL THE SAME BUILDING WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS.


In one word, 211 Bell St N is a nightmare.

Be prepared to hear mice crawling in ceilings, walls, and underneath floorboards. Be prepared to kill the mice when they chew their way into your apartment. Be prepared to get bedbug-proof mattresses. Be prepared to share your apartment with the cockroaches that come from the air duct in the kitchen, the air duct in the bathroom, from underneath the floorboards, from inside your closet, from inside your pantry, from inside your cupboards, from the balcony, from holes in the ceilings and cracks in the walls. Be prepared to live with the badbugs which will accomodate themselves in your sofa, your bed, your books, and your closets. Be prepared to expect nothing of the work orders that you give to the staff.

Be prepared to get everything that you are told verbally in writing. Otherwise the fairview staff will, as they have done in the past, turn around and stab you in the back.

So you have now been warned and have no excuse. Enjoy your great view and pidgeon-excrement covered balcony.
