So, let's see, we have reports of NO BEDBUGS, and then lots of other people have them.

Ironically enough the comments that are NO BEDBUGS are all around the same date for 201, 211, 219 Bell Street. Keep this in mind if you are reading these comments. I'm guessing this is just management trying to manage their losses.

I live at 211 Bell. I do not and have not ever had bedbugs or roaches and the manager just had a company come in a couple months ago to treat the whole building as a prevention.

The whole building is infested with cock roaches. The Management is rude and obnoxious and incurs charges that do not comply with the Ontario Tenancy Act. I had to take them to the Board on several occasions. Not a safe place to live the police are there all the time. They are planning to close the elevator of this 12 story building for the whole month of July 2012. Living there is just a nightmare.

THE LAST PERSON WHO POSTED REPORT ON 201 BELL ST, ABOUT THE HEARTLESS, RUDE AND UNCIVILIZED PROPERTY MANAGER of Bell Terrace (201, 211, and 219) hit the nail on the head. I echo all her comments. The weapon Kathy uses on tenants is intimidation. The moment you drag with her, she threatens you with the Landlord and Tenant Board, forgetting that the judges there are sensible, reasonable and will listen to both sides of the story. To be honest, bed bugs and roaches are not the only problem of this building, the real problem is the extremely poor customer service and condecending attitude of the so called property manager/director called Kathy of the buildings 201, 211, and 219 Bell St north. Its so bad that you hear people talk about her inside the elevator. For your own good, stay away!!! look for apartment elsewhere. These incidents have occurred consistently from May 2011 to Now. Only days after we moved in we began seeing cockroaches everywhere. They would have to come in on a weekly basis and give it a treatment to eliminate the roaches. They are still there. Now we have began seeing mice in the apartment every week. The management and staff are completely useless, only concerned about their bottom lines. People are living in this building in third-world country kind of conditions. It is extremely unhealt
