This is the worst apartment to live in, in the whole city of Ottawa. Don't be fooled by the ads online!! There are always bugs even if you keep your apartment spotless. There are always people coming into your unit unannounced to conduct 'preventative bug control' I came home on 2 separate occasions to find my place turned upside down after they performed a bug inspection...it looked like my place was robbed, sheets off my bed, cushions off my couch, dvd tower knocked over and broken. By seeing the locality and the areas surroundings, I preferred this apartment and planned to live for a long period atleast a year. But, soon we take the apartment we started getting the problems of Rats and Bedbugs. The other main problem is the Management, the management wont take action on any of the complaints you make about bugs or rats. Moreover they ask you to get the Rat kill treatment from stores. I had bedbugs for a year at 201 and it was the worst experience of my life. I never went to the office because of the horror stories that other people had (the landlord was making them pay for everything, humiliating them in the lobby etc.) so I just moved and it was the best decision of my life.

After finding weird marks on the sheets and red marks all over my arms and legs, I realized I had bed bugs. They had come through the walls, and into my apartment on the 11th floor. Naturally, I complained to the management. They had someone who worked for the building come and spray some chemicals on my bedframe but that was it.
